suggested settings are to output midis with the following properties:
midi 1. -b 0 -t 127 -s 1 -n 384 -w 5
midi 2. -b 0 -t 127 -s 1 -n 256 -w 5
midi 3. -b 0 -t 127 -s 1 -n 1024 -w 5 -oct 4 -c -7 (you are here)
midi 4. (duplicate of midi 3)
disclaimer: doing the settings above will take a long time, perhaps up to 10-15x the length of the audio file, so please execute all 3 commands (the 4th one is just a duplicate anyway) simultaneously in different tabs
