it definitely sounds better now that youve learned about keys!! also, for chords, i do recommend making sure the notes in a chord are at least 1 white note away from each other because that just generally makes them sound better, like for example, a chord consisting of the notes C, E, and G sound better than a chord consisting of the notes C, D and G
