MC /title command

I need to know how to use text in the title command. It lets me use numbers for the message but I forgot how to use text.

Whenever I try to type something, it tells me:

Invalid chat component: Use JsonReader.setLenient(true) to accept malformed JSON at line 1 column 1 path $

so... what exactly am I supposed to do? I used to know how to do it but it completely forgot.
