estou = (I) am (originates from "estar" which is a situational form of "to be", used in describing condition or location)
com fome = hungry
pra caralho = as fuck
se = if
você = you (formal? used by all Brazilians I've talked to)
não = (negation)
você me traz = you bring me
comida = food

vai pra casa do caralho = get the fuck outta here! (lit. go to the house of dicks)
ele/ela/você vai (ir) = he/it/she/you go (to go)
ir pra = to go (used in the sense that you're moving somewhere more permanently, such as moving to Brazil instead of just going to the bookstore. An exception is with "casa" in which case, pra is used no matter what.)
pra (para) = for (Brazilian Portuguese shortens para to pra, European Portuguese doesn't do this. Also note that pra fills in for a bunch of other grammatical uses that I still haven't learned yet.)

I believe that nothing is impossible for a person who really wants something. Even Chinese can be learned with some effort. Chinese is a very beautiful language. We cooperate with Chinese companies and our Chinese colleagues often come to our office, I like to listen to their communication.
