Well idk what it is but it kinda looks similar to https://signal.vercel.app/
which is a MIDI editor that lets you import and export MIDIs with pitch bend in the MIDIs themselves, because MIDIs do support pitch bending.

Sorry that I'm a little intense about this but this is really something I've been trying to get fox/Liam to look into for OS but they just keep saying that the MIDI scripts are just really old and they don't want to re-make them :(

And it has a bunch of other really cool options for saving MIDIs. I know most people on the site don't ever use MIDI export much but I do and I really hope some day OS will have some of these capabilities, because OS' editor is much more familiar and easy to use.
