Minor Issue with Strings (Detune Markers)

I can't tell if it's just me or what, but I noticed that when using Detune markers with strings, you can hear it go up a few notes for a fraction of a second.

From what I know, only the strings have this issue, I tried it with a few other instruments and they work just fine.

It's kind of hard to explain, so here's a test I made for better understanding:

yeah it does that because of the detune marker being close to the previous detune, does it as well with other instrument that sustain
