It isn't possible to Diaplay Images in Chat, except for Emojis.
But these aren't Images, but Unicode Characters.

The closest thing to Displaying an Image inside a Chat Message, is to Link to it, or use an Emoji.


Also, the Chat Characters Limit, if 60 is a bit too limited.
200 would be a good balance between keeping out spammers and annoying users ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
