Turns out sax already exists, as well as organ. It uses the ID 24 for Sax and 28 for Organ. Use inspect element on the instrument selection and change any unused instrument's value (keep clicking the ... until you see <option value="number">instrument</option>. Change "number" to "24" or "28" and you can get the instrument by selecting the one that you changed (select something else first)
