That error message doesn't tell us anything, cos a lot of different kinds of bugs manifest with that error. It basically means there was some sort of loading issue.
Can you post the steps to reproduce the bug? What were you doing when you saw the error? Is it a specific sequence you're trying to load that causes the issue?
