There is no way to claim, edit or delete a sequence without your name under it.
My advice would be to save a local file and drag it onto a blank sequence, then save it. You might need to change a few notes since you can't save identical copies of other sequences.
You can ask a moderator to delete the original sequence if you are that bothered about it.
