Actually I agree with LucentTear on this one.
Synthesia is very unique in that it allows for fingering numbers, whereas most other programs do not.
If MIDIs were able to store fingering information, then it would be different. But my research finds that MIDIs are not capable of carrying such information.

My research shows that MusicXML files, which use a special type of programming language to create sheet music, do allow for note finger position information.
Allowing for finger information may become a possibility if Online Sequencer were to start to incorporate MusicXML files into the site, but currently there is no real need for them, as the community does not appear to need them.
However, I can see how MusicXML files may offer an advantage over the site's current .sequence file system. You may be able to ask them to try experimenting around with an "export to MusicXML" feature, or try creating it yourself in the php/html/js GitHub for the site itself.
I'd hate to crush your hopes for this ever being able to happen. But like I said, currently there isn't much of a need for this kind of thing, so idk how the developers will respond to this.
