Select all notes and select all markers

I want there to be a way to select all notes without selecting markers and also a way to select all markers without selecting any notes. 

The first one is something I end up dealing with a lot especially when I use ctrl + end (selects all notes from the mouse cursor to the end of the sequence). It’s a pain to have to either manually select all the notes with the selector tool or to have to use ctrl + end or ctrl * a to select the notes and then have to manually deselect all the markers.

I could understand not changing how ctrl + end works but if you could make it so that there’s multiple ways to “select all” that would be great. 

Here’s my idea:
Ctrl + A: Selects all notes
Alt + A: Selects all markers 
Ctrl + Shift + A: Selects all notes and markers
