OnlineSequencer is a good place to start with music but won't get you very far in the long run, people aren't likely to purchase songs made with OnlineSequencer due to its poor sounds and limited effects, compared to other DAWs, however there are more professional free softwares like https://ardour.org or https://reaper.fm. They don't run on chrome books though..
