Do songs converted to xml to midi work here?

Might sound weird but I tried importing midi file here and it didnt work. The file was made from audio turned into xml audio converted into midi file so maybe this site cant process it? I cant figure out why its not working tbh. Here is link to my file http://leteckaposta.cz/645712547 if anyone wants to try it out. I tried to attach file to this post but it didnt even allow me so thats why i posted link  If someone can help me to figure it out, i would be forever grateful. And does anyone know good xml to midi converter? Not sure if mine is working the way it should....

actually, the site only accepts .mid files. not .midi.
