Random Import Midi File Glitch???

Whenever i try and post a song from my own makings from exporting it to a midi it keeps saying Could not parse MIDI file: Track data exceeds expected length (551/548)  even if i delete something off of it it still will say something like it but with a smaller number but just barely 1 or 2 length of the song above the expected lengths if someone knows how to fix this please let me know
