So I created a song that already exists, but i love the song so much that i absolutely just had to make it here.
I don't want unoriginal creations to be posted in my thread, and i'm unsure if I should make a thread dedicated to unoriginal content alone.
I wouldn't make a thread dedicated to that because I don't create unoriginal content, like ever... (it's so rare to see me create something that already exists)
I used to do this a TON before I registered here because i remained anonymous
Just, for future preference, put a link to the original in your post pls. It's fine you didn't do it this time I know I didn't really say anything about it in the OP.
Anyway, I listened to the original and as far as I can tell it's pretty accurate. The big difference, caused by OS itself, is the sustain.
I'd recommend you find something to do about the sustain, because right now it just sounds weird and empty almost. Although, I don't know what you should do.
You could simply fill in the blanks with chords, you could just hit the key over and over again until it's not sustained anymore, you could even change them to synth pluck and put smooth synth after each note.

I think you should make your own twist/edit to the song. Make it a remix rather than a remake. Your style of music is already fairly similar, so I don't think it'd be too difficult for you.
Conclusion: It is very accurate to the original, and if that was what you were going for, good. I think it would sound better, though, if you added your own twist to it.
