Just tried the synth, here are my thoughts

Here is a simple FM synth I made on my phone with 2 oscillators. I have the frequency output of the oscillator to the left modulating the phase (location on waveform) of the oscillator on the right. There is an ADSR envelope for both oscillators that controls the volume. There is no filter or LFO in this only 2 oscillators and envelopes for each.

The versatility of this with things like filters and distortion would be crazy
