Make 808 bass stop playing when the note cuts

I don't think we should change the current 808 bass, but a new sus version would be very nice. We could also have an 808 bass that actually like sounds like 808 bass and is useful and sounds good

Also define the "real 808 bass" here too, I know a LOT of 808 basses that you may not know
