this has to be a personal favourite theme for me!!
for my first entry, i took inspiration from Manuel's high energy GAS GAS GAS and READY STEADY GO tunes, as well as some elements from Fastway, my favourite eurobeat artist. really wish i had more time to do better in this contest lol. i tried my best however, and here's what i came up with:
for my second entry, i made the song in the summer of 2021, during the height of my eurobeat "phase" so-to-speak (before this contest reminded me of my playlist and i started listening to again haha). times were simpler back then, i was just like "i wanna make music like that!!" so i did. no reference tracks no studying the genre or anything 😂 just heard something neat and tried to recreate it.
