You actually cannot enforce this rule, due to the way the actual whole point of the site is to remix and create sequences.
You can even take this up with a moderator and they would say you cannot do that.
so, we do not have to notify you at any point, and you can cry and scream about it cause I proved you wrong.

Yes they can, that's what this entire thread is for. As a moderator I say they can do that. I'd recommend getting off your high horse before you end up in copypasta material
