I can not make/view any sequences

I try placing down notes and nothing happens. I try playing the instruments by pressing on the keys and it toggles the hover color change but i can't click them and it doesn't make a sound. Also all the notes dissapear whenever i try to load or play a sequence and  i hear nothing. It's like there was never anything there. HELP
