Momentary distortion

I am getting some type of distortion on export that does not come out when playing through the sequencer.

The sequence is question is:

At the 4:00 mark it occurs (and at other moments as well.

I tried lowering volumes, but that has not helped.  I tried removing instruments, but that has not helped.

I have found the cause of it.  When you are adding changes to the Synthesizer Filter in the timing sequence on the top, and setting it to gradually change to Zero(0), sometime a noise is produced (as found in the attached clips).  Setting it to not transition to Zero(0) avoices the problem, but does not fix it.
