List the average amount of time you spend on these categories (here's my average time below for a song with around 15-30k notes) Sound design: 20mins-4 hours in total, Mixing: around 1 or 2 hours to get it the way I want (sometimes longer depending on the complexity), Melody/composition work: 3-5 hours depending on complexity, Markers: 30mins to 7 hours depending on the amount and complexity.
about 1-2 hours
sound design: it takes a few minutes to make all the instruments sound the way i want, though some don't get used
mixing: i don't do mixing
composition: like 10-30 minutes
