Hello, we've been getting multiple reports of this issue recently. Please update with your browser name and version along with any extensions you might be using, as well as a screenshot of the page when the issue is occurring.

We've found that pressing Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R tends to fix this issue, but it would be nice if you could grab and upload a screenshot first before trying that.
