No audio/Reverbs never load

I cannot hear any instruments at all whatsoever on any sequences or the editor
When trying to load a sequence, if it contains any reverb it gets stuck trying to load reverbs (Classic Reverb for example)
I've searched on google and within the forums here and cannot find any conclusive fixes or even that this is an issue other people are having
it seems to be localized to a few instruments for others, but for me its everything.
If a sequence does manage to load or does not contain reverb, it will play but will never produce sound
Yes I've checked audio drives, yes I've checked the mute button next to the tab name, yes I've checked any simple audio issues (windows, browser settings) on my end that I could be having

ive had that problem a few times and USUALLY going to instrument settings, turning reverb off and back on, fixes it. Not sure though.

So doing that got audio fixed in editor but reverbs still infinite load, both in editor and when viewing other sequences

What device and browser are you on? at this point it's a browser or ram issue.

PC user, Microsoft Edge .. ram usage is about 1.6 gb from the browser, ive got 16 gb
also the audio broke again
ill try to download and use chrome or something
