I suppose you should link to the post of a band, and not saying what page it's on. That way it won't be confusing for moderators if there happens to be a lot of deleted posts. Also easier to get to conventionally.

You can click on the number of the post located on the top right of the message. The one I linked was #9.

Yeah, you copy that link and make it embedded to whatever text you need to.

Forum posts are assigned to a specific page, and soft deleted posts do not show up for normal users. The Faces of OnlineSequencer actually has 8 pages for us, whereas it's only 5 pages for you at the time I'm writing this post.
