Custom intruments?

ok so the website uses samples of intruments in an ogg file to use for the sounds, in the file, each second it plays and raises in pitch. i know its possible to add intruments and make different sounds, so why not make it easier to do? like add a choose file button for a custom intrument or something?

Sharing would be a problem as well as saving. Server lag. Destroys the point of the site, being limited. Do I go on?
