creating new sequences every time i save

Every time I go to file and save it creates a new sequence. I ve tried the others im not sure they do anything to the site. i assume they save me a copy on my computer's hard drive.My friend also had this problem for a bit when he first started but it went away. i don't to work on any more until its solved or loophole is found because we aren't allowed to delete sequences for some reason.
