There are lot of different modes of major scale, but online sequencer only has major and minor. Luckily there are 2 methods to help you out:

1. Transposing the notes manually, however there is an easier method

2. Transposing from relative keys: If you have song in major key, you can just transpose it to minor key using tools menu. However, if you have song in minor key, if you transpose it from relative major, you are transposing it to lydian. If you transpose it from relative major again, you get dorian. Continue this pattern and you will be transposing it in order: locrian, mixolydian, phrygian, and eventually you transpose it back to major.

However, it has some cons:
1. It can change key sometimes if you transpose
2. Sometimes, it can be buggy

You can also use the script here to add modes and a whole bunch of other scales to the sequencer. You can use Ctrl+Shift+J to open the console.
