bioluminescent leafy sea dragon (google it) reasoning: has a somewhat otherworldy and ethereal presence in the ocean and to people, likes to dream of the sea as well. always shines, even in the dark, and while many people don't know it exists they still fascinate the life around them. also has pretty colors !!
