in the comment box, "You can use chat 24 hours after regsitering" seems unintended.

It is intended, we have a lot of spammers here who make alternate accounts to spam more

It's to prevent people who are muted from creating alts and immediately spamming the forums, you can wait 1 day, its not going to kill you.
