All browsers use tons of RAM. For your best experiemce with such a bad computer I recommend a lightweigt browser like Midori and a lightweight linux like Manjaro. You can install it on a USB drive if you don't want to erase all the data on your computef

I would avoid Tor on such a low end computer. Not only is it based off the heavy Firefox, but also it makes internet slow and doesn't let you run OnlinSequencer. Tor is great for normal browseing and I love it but it would be hard to run on your computer
