Vibrato Effect

For songs that are recreations of songs with lyrics, sometimes you feel like you need to use vibrato to capture the feeling of the original song. While the flute has a bit of it, the flute doesnt have very much power, even at max volume.  

Or somebody please just tell me an alternative. Pls. I need it for a song I'm working on
