IMAGE RULE idea

you only get to post fifteen (15) free pictures in the chat per day. (they refresh at midnight.)

pics with sensitive, vulgar, or profane content count as three (3) pictures in your limit.

tenor links don't count, as they don't take up much space at all.

posting over 15 pics in a single day will lead to the following consequences:

16-19: warning

20-24: 5-day ban from chat & forums

25 and up: 10-day ban from chat & forums
