Note lengths + Tempo Changes

I have noticed that sometimes the lengths of notes aren't accurate when the BPM is changed while the note is playing. This is very apparent with longer notes. I first found this in

that also happened in this random sequence i made

Only thing I notice is that when I play the sequence, the screen pauses for the split second then resumes, while the audio is still playing.
