Cannot delete a playlist.

After i go to one of my playlists, click delete and confirm, it is still on my profile and i can view, add or remove sequences from it.

After i go to one of my playlists, click delete and confirm, it is still on my profile and i can view, add or remove sequences from it.

I have not seen this before.
