Help on importing from .txt?

How do I import a song that I saved as a .txt files? I can't seem to find the option to do so.

If you copied a sequence from here and saved it in a text file, just copy the entire text to your clipboard, then go onto the site and press Ctrl+V, which should paste your sequence into the site.

That's what I've been trying but it just says "Nothing to paste. Use CTRL-V if pasting from another sequence." Any ideas?

What does the text you're pasting look like? Should be something like this:
