i feel having synthesizers on all instruments or at least most would really be a game changer for folks who wanna make music more dynamic. like making strings sound more wobbly and changing the envelope. i feel itd be a nice touch

Clearly you don't know what a synthesizer is. A synthesizer is an artificial sound wave created with m a t h. What you're asking for is LFO/volume envelope on normal instruments, which I would love to see as well
