Allow for an option that forces certain instruments not to load

This feature would help with low performance devices being able to load sequences with a lot of notes that are only used to create an image. It could also maybe have some other uses but thats the only one I can think of of the top of my head.

All though it seem nice, I think Jaocb is done with Online Sequencer. That is, unless he gives us a surprise update later in to future
