Midi import leaves out several notes

Hello,

If i import a midi file than much of the notes that are in the midi file do not get played or shown in the online midi sequencer.

Does anybody knows why that happens?

As far as I know, the Import MIDI function is a little broken as of right now, I don't know if the developers of OS have a proposed fix for it.

Hey germona, It seems that the Import MIDI function has some limitations, especially with complex files or certain instruments. One workaround I've found is to simplify the MIDI file before importing by reducing the number of tracks or ensuring all notes are within the supported range.

The notes might have been imported as ghost notes or invisible notes, if you select the whole sequence they might show up as small vertical lines
