Hello, I'm posting on behalf of my daughter, who has enjoyed making hundreds of sequences over the last few years and occasionally interacting with other users (in the comments, not the chat window). She was inexplicably muted and so now she can't respond to comments on her sequences, or comment on anyone else's sequences, and the ban says it lasts until 2037. I've seen how she comments, which is not often, and never unsupportively or rudely. Is there a blanket ban on minors being able to comment?! If not, who can be contacted so that she can resume posting comments? Maybe someone clicked "report abuse" by mistake? Or deliberately, to bully her? Is there a moderator to appeal to? Many thanks to anyone who can help (I can provide her user name on request but since she might be being targeted, I'd rather not supply the name here).
