Stop intrument marker setting

There needs to be a marker function that stops the sound and reverb of any instrument. It would be great for choppy notes. You can set the instrument volume to 0, but if you turn it back on too soon, the reverb will play. 


Also, I might be dumb and there's already a way to do this.

It does the same thing, it continues the reverb when I turn it back on
