Fix the concert harp and pizzicato instruments

Concert harp on notes G#4, A4, and A#4 sounds very weird and irregular to the other notes, and it makes me never want to use the concert harp. Also, the pizzicato instrument has notes that are very out of tune; Every octave of G is extremely out of tune.
