I'm going to combine both of my entries into one sequence so they play at the same time

I had this idea, but I didn't end up wanting to do that, good luck on that!

A minor update since it has been brought up (the main post has been edited to include this as well):

Please keep in mind that, for the sake of the theming of the contest, using the console to set a custom detune to outside the bounds of what the detune slider normally allows for (±1200) is NOT allowed. Using the console to set a detune WITHIN the bounds is permitted.

Yay, what fun it is to read this AFTER I FINISHED A SONG I SPENT MULTIPLE DAYS ON, the sole reason i used console commands to get me outside of the range was because nothing about that was mentioned in the rules.

I do personally think that detuning above 1200 when you're using the top half should be allowed and that detuning below -1200 should be allowed if you're using the bottom half. in that way you can still use console detune for sound design without using notes below or above the cutoff, but if not. my submission can't be salvaged anymore
