You should post this as a poll. At the bottom of the create thread page (under "Thread Subscriptions"), there's a section for posting a poll with the thread. It will be much easier for other members to pick options.
As far as the song length, I feel that trying to create any legit song longer than 10 minutes on OS wouldn't be very viable. However, it's up to you to determine what you want to do. Good luck!

Anything more than 50 min is a bit much.

I'd try with the 10 to 30min range

I'd go with 10 min. I'm not so sure on how much care you would put into a 20+ min song!
