Mute users based on time zone

Sleep is a very important natural bodily function. I think it would benefit peoples health if they are automagically muted based on their selected time zone

Much happened and I forgot the time, it is early morning here now. Yes sleep is important. Staying awake late too often is dangerous.

This is both a great idea and a not so great idea, as it would have a lot of benefits, buuuut, what if you have a friend on the other side of the world? Now your time to talk to them is limited
