Okay, this is unlikely to come out, but:
Sometimes, some people don't think they have enough layers for a song. We should add a feature to add layers to songs.

Also to clear up any confusion, a layer means an instrument with a setting layer, whereas 5 setting layers mean an instrument with 5 setting layers. If you are still confused, reply to this thread or DM me on Discord.

I also was considering customizing the instrument color (and to clear confusion, add instrument labels).

These suggestions are unlikely to exist anytime soon, but how are these suggestions?

I 100% agree. Unfortunately, that feat would quite the daunting task to incorporate properly. I would love to see this happen, but i don't think we ever will.

Well, it would unlikely to happen because this may take days or even weeks to finish, and that feature could cause storage issues unless Jacob is willing to pay more storage.

Honestly even two layers would be nice, but I don't really see how it would happen.

I do think that we should have a way to make markers go on areas smaller than a quarter note, like 1/3 or 1/8 note markers for those situations. Like the grid size for the notes affects the markers too.

also 1/5 grid would be nice

Hey, I'm Maketa, a guy. I make Progressive Groove Metal, or what I call "Banana Metal". I'm GODLY at stomach drumming.

I not rushing; I am just waiting for a new batch of "Better Sounding Strings." Until then, deal with the squeaky cello Sus patch.

So phasing happens when the same sample is played slightly not at the same time, and most effects add a very slight delay to the sound. This leads to the waveforms cancelling out a little. What you hear is weird resonances, dead spots, and lack of punch. This happens a lot with EQ and pitch shifting especially

okay now that makes sense, thanks Lopyt for explaining.
