Double notes get transformed into one?

Hi! 

I's SOOO new at using midi files, could you help me?

I'm exporting this file to MIDI, there are some notes that get repeated, like A5.



But if I export it using Online Sequencer and re-import, my double notes disappear: 



What's wrong?
