if you hold down shift while sliding the detune slider, it becomes unlocked.  Additionally, your browser's console can be used to set exact detune values. If you make a marker for detune and reset it, it will change its value to whatever the global instrument setting is.

How do use the browser console to do so? Because the slider keeps snapping to the nearest 100 when I release Shift

Once you release shift, the slider will only visually snap to the nearest 100, however, the instrument still actually has the precise detune value you left it at, it just looks like it doesn't
