How do I send music to a label?

I have a couple songs I wanted to release but I am unsure how complete the songs should be before release.

I also have 0 online following, I don't know if thats because the music is bad or because my marketing is bad, does that even matter? I was hoping the label would be able to help with that.

Is there a specific label I should send them to? Are they ready? Are they even worth sending?

My suggestion is to probably send off a few emails, I'd say start with NCS (No Copyright Sounds) since a lot of artists are making music under that label, the most famous being Alan Walker. You could also spread the word about your music or have others do it, try and release a lot of it on Soundcloud or a platform like that.

For social media, definitely try and get that up. You already have a pretty solid following here on OS so if you were to release music on a platform that's easily accessible by a majority (like Soundcloud) I'm pretty sure your following would shoot up from people hopping over from OS to there and listening. Try and find an audience that would like your music and try to slip it into playlists when you can if you're ever working at an event or something with music.
